Renegade Player/Goaltender Development Funding Available

Every year the zone sets aside money for player/goaltender development.

For the 2022-2023 hockey season:

  • The Renegade zone has allocated $25,000 for player/goaltender development in the form of monetary reimbursement to those who take advantage of this opportunity.
How Does The Renegade Zone Afford To Offer Player/Goaltender Development Funding?

The Renegade executive members and zone volunteers host fundraisers throughout the year which are used to fund player/goaltender development for the following year.  The amount the zone makes on fundraising and outside donations determines what the zone is able to offer for development opportunities.

  • The goal for the Renegade zone is to have $25,000 available each year.
How Is Development Funding Allocated Between Players and Goaltenders In The Renegade Zone?

The Renegade executive members bring ideas forward on how development funding should be used and allocated.  Motions are brought forward which are then voted on.  These decisions are based on the available funding, number of teams, & number of goaltenders.
