Moving forward the attached communication matrix will be mandatory to follow. For all concerns brought up by parents, player, or coaches any contact to SMHA prior to following these steps will be turned away to ensure the protocol is adhered to. You will be directed to start with your coaches, managers or team officials as step one. If you feel you need to expedite the process then at the very least contact your age group coordinators or myself.
