Saskatoon Renegades Refund Policy

 *** Zone D Renegades Refund Policy***

  • If a player quits anytime before his/her first SMHA scheduled ice time, for any of the following reasons: medical, injuries, or relocation of residence, a refund of 90% of the full registration fee shall be issued.
  • If a player quits anytime after his/her first SMHA scheduled ice time, but not before November 1st for any of the following reasons: medical, injuries, or relocation of residence, a refund of 67% of the full registration fee paid shall be issued.
  • If a player quits anytime after November 1st, but before January 1st, for any of the following reasons: medical, injuries, or relocation of residence, a refund of 33% of the full registration fee paid shall be issued.
  • If a player quits before January 1st, a formal letter must be sent to the Zone Registrar within seven (7) days of the player quitting.
  • If a player quits after January 1st for ANY reason, there will be NO REFUND issued.
  • The effective date for all refunds shall be the date that the Registrar is informed that the player has quit.
  • Refunds in the form of cash will not be allowed for any registration fee or portion thereof.
  • There will be NO refunds issued for any other reason other than those stated above.
  • There shall be no appeal of this refund policy under any circumstance.
